Bollywood Goes to Dubai

Dubai is soon to have an entire entertainment district in the theme of Bollywood, to celebrate traditional Indian entertainment.
It is the result of a multi-million dollar joint venture between Yash Raj Films and Dubai Infinity Holdings (DIH).
There will be a theme park, movie palace, and even themed hotels, according to a report by Gulf News.
This is just the latest step in a series of plans for India and Dubai to increase tourism and will make Dubai a real ‘place to visit’ for global visitors. I’m looking forward to visiting, can’t wait, but I think I’ll hold off for another year until most of the new stuff has been built. I remember when Paris started its Euro Disney and many people rushed over when it first opened and missed many of the later additions, and I think Dubai will be no different.
If I hold off and save up, I’ll be able to afford a longer city break and really explore all the new additions, because I don’t think a few days will be enough!
