Those travellers who are planning a more adventurous holiday in the near future would be interested to know there are three new Rough Guides just published that look at distant destinations which are on the other side of the globe.

The guides include:  Rough Guide to East Coast Australia, Rough Guide to Tasmania, Rough Guide to Fiji these guides explore the best of these three ‘rather amazing destinations’.

The Australia guide provides future travellers with a tour of the country’s amazing coastline all the way from Melbourne to Cape York and it stops at Sydney and Brisbane along the way.

The Rough Guide books also give readers great advice on everything from where to find luxury spa treatments to where to catch the best waves in Byron Bay etc.

Tasmania is located in the south-east of Australia and is the subject of the Rough Guide reviewing opportunities like cruising down the Gordon River and walking up Cradle Mountain and even rafting trips down the Franklin River.

Lastly, the third book is on Fiji and provides interesting information on the blend of excitement and relaxation on the tropical island including the best diving sites in the Pacific waters.
