The pledge of a ‘Perfect holiday’ was launched in December by the Flights Centre, their new guarantee comes as an official promise to holidaymakers that they will indeed meet if not exceed their customer’s expectations for their holiday experiences with the tour operator and if they don’t they have promised contractually to compensate their customers with a further £100 towards their next booking with the Flight Centre.

If a Flight Centre customer makes a complaint that their holiday or found that their holiday was not 100% to their satisfaction then Flight Centre says that it will act in accordance to its new Perfect Holiday Pledge guarantee which states that their customers will be fully entitled to the due compensation in its clause should their accommodation, for example, be undergoing renovations without the customer receiving prior notice, another example would be if a particular tour is cancelled and there has not been any proper notification beforehand.

Head of Marketing at Flight Centre, Steve Norris, was very enthusiastic about their new promotion:

“The Perfect Holiday Pledge is about ensuring the role that Flight Centre plays – and by default the role of our suppliers – is faultless. We pride ourselves in being unbeatable in all areas, whether its service, expertise, knowledge or price and this is our way of proving it to our customers.”
