Glasgow Skyhub
I do try not to forget the UK when I talk about city break destinations on the site, so as I promised a few days ago, here is an update on the Glasgow skyhub.
Skyhub is the name for the new terminal extension at Glasgow Airport and is due to open in about 3 months time. It will include a new arrivals area, a new security section and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to make the airport a better experience for passengers.
Starbucks, Frankie and Benny’s and Hugo Boss are just a few of the new stores and restaurants due to open. There will also be ten new x ray machines to get passengers through security faster - that would be great, I always find security takes way too long.
Glasgow airport announced the countdown from the 14th July of around 100 days so not long to go.
