Jet2 New York Shopping - Extra Flight Routes

On the morning of 6th November at 9am the very first of the new direct flight routes from Leeds - New York City departed as a Boeing 757 which is operated by the airline Jet2.com The flight was to take holiday makers on the first of their city breaks to New York consisting of four days and three nights of New York City Festive shopping trips to experience life in the Big Apple was put together by Jet2holidays.com in partnership with their sister airline Jet2.com.
Managing Director, Richard Bodin at Jet2holidays.com, said:
“Today marks a very important move forward for both Jet2holidays.com and Jet2.com. We are the first tour operator and airline to offer flights and holidays direct from Leeds Bradford to New York City. New York is one of those cities that everyone must see at least once in a lifetime. It has so many iconic images and sightseeing opportunities, culture that is second-to-none, the world’s top stores and boutiques, and a fantastic array of restaurants, bars and clubs.”
The rest of the flight departure dates that were scheduled from Leeds, Bradford Airport ran on Thursday 13th November, Thursday 4th December and Thursday 11th December 2008.
