Chocolate lovers all over Australia are enjoying the special chocolate waterfall display which is said to be the largest fountain of its kind in the world.

The whole display is part of a unique and stunning interactive chocolate exhibition which is called Panny’s Amazing World of Chocolate, the exhibition is first of its kind in the world and is based on the Philip Island which is 90 minutes drive just south of the city of Melbourne.

The spectacular centre piece to the exhibition is the huge 4.5 metre wide chocolate waterfall which has been made out of 400kg of chocolate and takes five seconds to descend from the top of the fountain to the bottom.

This new interactive exhibition has a host of additional displays which include a chocolate art gallery full of famous figures including a 2 metre statue of Michelangelo’s David completely made of chocolate.

An eye catching feature in the art gallery is Edvard Munch’s famous painting The Screaming which has been carved out of chocolate on, along with a complete chocolate village with streets, buildings, houses and gardens.

Tourism Victoria has been promoting Melbourne recently and described the city as

‘Australia’s new must-see city.’

This year there is already a 400% increase in holiday bookings to the city.
