New York New York
New York is one of those cities that almost everyone I speak to either has visited or has always wanted to visit. When you see the package deals on offer, you might wonder if the three or four night deals are long enough to fit in everything you want to do. There’s so much to see, you can’t be blamed for wondering.
Surprisingly though, you really can fit everything in. New York is laid out in a logical manner so it’s easy to find your way round and it’s flat too, making it easy for walking round. Not that you’ll want to, because one thing you’ll want to do is get in a yellow cab and tell the driver to ‘follow that cab’. Yes, they have heard that every day from tourists so don’t expect a smile.
Everything you’ve seen on television is true, even the steam from the underground rising up through the manholes is there. Most tourist places are very close together so you can walk from one place to the next or it’s just a cheap taxi ride.
Unmissable New York:
