Swansea New Golf Resort

I have only been to Swansea once, and it was only a fleeting visit so I cannot claim to be an expert, but the south of Wales is a beautiful place and Swansea is a great city.
Swansea is also home to Fairwood Park, the only 18 hole golf course that has championship status. Now, Fairwood Park has got the go ahead for a new £7 million project for a luxury golf resort development.
The old clubhouse will be demolished and in its place will be a hotel and luxury health centre. They expect the project will make a great contribution to the tourism strategy for Swansea and will be ready in plenty of time for when it hosts the Ryder Cup in 2010.
so, if you’re into your golf, Swansea will make a great city break for you!
