What would be your top tourist destination?

With all holidays, but with city breaks in particular, it is always great to plan out a top tourist destination or hot spot for where you would like to visit.
For example, who would go to New York without going to see the Empire State Building or the Statue of Liberty? Exactly.
Now Halifax has done a poll to find the world’s top modern wonder of the world, the top tourist destination according to the Brits and in first place we put - Sydney’s Opera House.
There were plenty more to follow including the Eiffel Tower, the Christ the Redeemer statue and much more, and there were even ten British destinations, top of the list being Stonehenge.
Just goes to show that everyone’s tastes differ though, Virgin did another poll and the Eiffel Tower and Stonehenge were voted most disappointing!
